All Class 1a requirements — including additional engineering, siteworks, Class 1a‑specific concrete, installation, internal framing, electrical, plumbing and full Class 1a compliance — must be arranged by the owner‑builder or a registered builder.
We can provide contacts for companies who can assist with drafting, Class 1a engineering, shire approvals and related services. These providers operate independently from Coastline, and customers engage them directly. We also have a list of trades who can quote you for installation and concrete directly.

Coastline does not supply Class 1a buildings, nor do we offer internal fit‑out, installation, or any Class 1a services. We can provide contacts for independent companies who can assist with drafting, Class 1a engineering, shire approvals and related services, as well as a list of independent trades who can quote you directly for installation or concrete.
